I found this BoBunny DSP in my stash - it matches Early Espresso, Baja Breeze and Gumball Green perfectly. I have a feeling it will be my mom's favourite part of the gift <3

For Alexander

I love making keepsake tins, especially for new babies. This one is for our friend Dave's new addition :)
It's filled with clothes, because who can resist buying baby clothes?

One of my favourite cards I made this weekend.
I rarely use yellow -  not sure why because I really like the result. I cased the amazing Mary Fish.
Everything is from SU - Crumb Cake, Floral District, Attic Boutique, Perfectly Penned.

Angry Birds Christmas

I finally caved and cased one of the angry birds cards I saw online - it will be perfect for my niece for Christmas :)
Paper is SU (Bashful Blue, Crumb Cake, Midnight Muse, Real Red) - the snowflake stamp is Verve.

Brighter Days

This is for a friend, who lost her beloved Jackson to cancer - he was fourteen.

Keep Calm

I finally had a reason to use my Keep Calm set :) I made this card for my husband's co-worker who is battling cancer for the second time - she has a wonderful sense of humour and asked for some of my homemade chocolate cupcakes to 'fatten her up' for chemo - so I thought this card would be perfect to go along with them. All supplies are Stampin Up (Pool Party, Early Espresso, Wild Wasabi, silver glimmer paper, polka dot embossing folder).

In The Meadow

I think In The Meadow is my favourite Papertrey Ink set ever! I can't get enough of it.
Colours are Pool Party, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler and Confetti White (I so miss that colour).

Just Because

I made this one for my cousin to cheer her up, she's had a rough time lately so I hope she enjoys this little pick me up in the mail. Dawn Easton's card was my inspiration.
I used Crumb Cake, Lucky Limeade and Wisteria Wonder.

Baby Card for Twins

Colors are Pool Party, Crumb Cake, and Blushing Bride. The owl punch was used to make the clothes - that has to be the most versatile punch I've ever owned!

I loved Amanda Burditt's card when I saw it, and couldn't wait to case it!
Paper is Rich Razzleberry, used various DSP's for the candles.

Just wanted to share one of my favorite photos of Chase.

From My Husband

I just had to share this card my husband made me for my birthday - it meant more to me than any other store bought card or gift he could have given me. I love the thought behind it - he's an amazing man, we've been together for 23 years, and he still makes me feel like a princess.

Slot Machine Wedding

I cased this one from another demo, Rochelle Gould. I needed a quick card for an upcoming Vegas wedding, and loved her idea! Paper is SU - basic grey, basic black, and poppy parade.

Keepsake Box for Maya...woof...woof

I made this for our neighbours, who had to say good-bye to their beloved Maya after fourteen years - she lived a very long life for a lab. They loved it - I hope it helped them heal in some small way.

The Perfect Card

I saw this on Heather Klump's blog, Downstairs Designs, and cased it immediately. Her work is amazing, and I instantly fell in love with this card. I think her design is perfect :)

Little Girl Birthday

I love the colour coach, I wanted Calypso Coral and love the coordinating colours it suggested. Stamps are Papertrey and MFT.

I made these for twins, a baby girl & boy. I love anything with Pool Party, and was very happy when my customer asked for owls :)

I CASED this from a card Julee Tilman from Verve had on her blog, Poetic Artistry. I love how it turned out. Colors are Blushing Bride and Sahara Sand.

Mojo253

I've been looking at the beautiful samples on the Mojo Monday blog for ages, and finally started using the sketches, they make life so easy! This one is for Mojo253. I used Baja Breeze, Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz and some DSP from my local scrapbook store. It's for my girlfriend who's nickname is 'Fish'.

Triple Time Stamping

I saw Brenna Anderson's card and just had to CASE it, it was SO nice. I love this technique, and know I'll be making a lot more cards using it. Colors for this one are Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand, and Real Red.

Flower Box

I finally used my Poppy Stamps Grand Madison die, and I am in love with it! This card goes together so quickly yet it looks like it took work. Paper is SU Basic Grey, Wisteria Wonder, and Old Olive.

Way To Go!

This one is for a friend's little boy who was terrified of water and after braving it through a few swimming lessons is kicking butt! Colors are Island Indigo, Baja Breeze and Lucky Limeade.

Wedding Wishes

This one is for a co-worker, her wedding colors are link pink and silver.  It's not my favourite card I've ever made but I don't mind it I guess ;)

My nephew Tyler is a big time gamer so this card should be right up his alley. MFT Graphic Tee stamp & die set, cuttlebug embossing folder,  paper is SU (Midnight Muse, Crumb Cake, Bashful Blue, Cherry Cobler)

I just love, Love, LOVE  MFT's Let's Toast die & stamp set, it's right up my alley. Colors are all SU - Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride, Sahara Sand and Early Espresso.

Feeling Groovy!

I haven't pulled out this set (Groovy) in quite awhile, the patterned paper I found in my stash was the inspiration...and in the midst of it all, I discovered that I LOVE Gumball Green and Perfect Plum together!

That's the best thing about making your own cards, you can make them to match! This colour is the wedding scheme - so why not a card to go with it? :)

My BFF (Best Furry Friend)

This is the love of my life (other than my husband of course), Chase. He is a wonderful dog, and he makes me laugh every single day. I love this picture of  him, I had to stand on one foot (in the snow) holding a ball over my head to try and get his attention - and to sit still - but it was totally worth the effort.

Forever & Always, in New York

I'm a little behind when it comes to FMS (Freshly Made Sketches), this is only #6. I absolutely love their layouts!This card is for a co-worker getting married in NYC, these are his wedding colors - I love how it turned out :)

Wedding Card

I can't get enough Pool Party,  using it with black even gives it a bit of a masculine touch.  This one is for a co-worker, he and his partner are getting married in New York next week,  how fun!

Dog Sympathy :(

Being the huge dog lover I am, these cards are always hard to make. This one was for a co-worker who lost her beloved 11year old Molly to cancer. The sentiment is my favourite part of the card...although the puppy stamp from Inkadinkado is pretty darn cute. Dog tag dies are MFT.

You've Got Cute-a-tude

I just love everything MFT - especially the Pure Innocence stamps & their dies. This was my very first attempt coloring with Copics after watching some videos on YouTube, not bad for my first try!

Made this for friends getting married in the great outdoors - I think it turned out cute. Love that Stampin Up owl punch!

Life is Good

You can never have too many butterflies on a card! I love the cheeriness of this, and the SU Elegant Lines embossing folder adds such a nice touch.

Tropical Wedding

I just love the Stampin Up owl punch - it's one of my favourite things to play with, and loved it for the bride & groom for a couple getting married on the beach!

I CASED this card from one I saw online - sorry I can't remember who the original creator was but if I come across it again i'll be sure to give credit. I never would have used these colors together, that card inspired me :)

Freshly Made Sketches #3

I love the FMS designs, they are fabulous. I used the colour coach for inspiration as well, so on the menu is Wild Wasabi, Marina Mist and Early Espresso...with some Sahara Sand. Stamps are CTMH.
