Angel Mail

Here are a few of the angel mail cards I've  recently made for my buddies. The top one I CASED from Pinterest. I thought it was so cute I had to make it! I have three adult buddies and one little girl. Her mom recently added me on fb so I was able to see what she looked like and colour my image accordingly - they also have a chocolate lab so I think she'll like this card. Have a great day!

Fall Wedding

Holy smokes it's been awhile since I posted any cards! I haven't been making nearly as many as I should - maybe now with the fall weather coming I'll get around to it. Speaking of fall, this one was for a couple getting married in Canmore among all the pretty fall colours. Supplies are from MFT, Papertrey Ink, and SU.

Soccer Birthday Card

I've made this card a few times, this is the first personalized version....because what 8yr old doesn't like a card with his name on it? :)

It's A Good Day

I made this for one of my Chemo Angels buddy last week. I absolutely love this new flower background stamp from MFT! I think it will see a lot of ink :)

Mr. Potato Head

Believe it or not this card is actually for an adult! I am not a fan of punch art but am happy with how it turned out. I used the SU Owl Punch, some circle punches and just hand cut the rest. Have a great day - do something creative today!

Barnyard Birthday

I absolutely love this set of stamps from MFT, I think it's one of my all time faves. I was at a thrift store in Maple Ridge, BC awhile ago and nabbed the barn die for five bucks! I love a good find.

I made this one for my father-in-law...at my husband's request it features a lab (we have two of them so I should have put two!). It was strange not making a card for my dad this year. :(

I made this one to send to my chemo angel buddies - I cased the amazing Torico from MFT Stamps! I just love these dog stamps - they'll be seeing A LOT of ink.

I Love This Old Face

I can't believe Chase will be 13 in August. There are days he still acts like a puppy. Here he is last night laying on the charm in hopes that Barry would give him some cheese. He had a bad colitis flare up recently, so unfortunately, no more cheese for  him :(

I had fun making these little flower pots - I'm not normally a punch art fan but I was happy with this card. I love anything spring like! :)

A Splash of Colour

This is the card I made for my other chemo angel buddy. I am so fortunate that she contacted me, she sent me a beautiful thank you card. She told me how she likes to watercolour paint so that was my inspiration for her card this week. I attempted to paint the background - I better not quit my day job haha. From My Barn To Yours

I made my little buddy a card in a box this week, it's hard to believe that these fold perfectly flat for mailing! I love these cute MFT Stamps farm animals. I die cut, stamped and then coloured each one in. The rest of the supplies are from Stampin Up. I sure hope he likes it!

My Most Favourite Pic - Ever!

Is this not the cutest photo you've ever seen? My niece Sydney (along with her mom and my mom) came for  a visit this weekend and I snapped this shot of Syd & Chase. I love that she loves him as much as I do! She definitely gets her love of animals from a few of her aunties and her Papa. This one is going in a frame <3

Hello Kitty

I cased the amazing Amy Rohl - I saw her card quite awhile back and knew that I had to make one - I used a stamp instead of a die for the 'Hello' at the bottom, otherwise I didn't change a thing! I made this for a friend's birthday yesterday (she's a huge Hello Kitty fan!).

I made this one awhile back for my favourite niece and favourite soccer player Sydney! She turned 11 back on February 19th:) She loved the card so that made my day!

Keepsake Tin

I make these tins for friends & family whenever a baby is born. This one is on it's way to our friend Dave & his family in Ontario. I'm starting to run out of the blank tins - I hope I can find more! I used SU Pool Party DSP and an MFT set for the elephants. I hope they don't have anything against elephants.
